SHIPPING POLICY

BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER ONLINE OR BY TELEPHONE THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW


WE DO NOT SHIP FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION INTERNATIONALLY.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Most in stock orders will be shipped within 24 Hrs of purchase, some exceptions apply.

Pre-order Products will be shipped to you within 24 Hrs of arrival at our store. 

Restricted Firearms that require transfer of ownership will not be shipped until transfer by the RCMP is Approved, (Transfer times will vary depending on your Province, Typically 1-3 weeks.)

Most orders will be shipped on Canada Post, except for Ammunition, and over weight items. Shipping on those items will be determined by Apocalypse Guns & Ammo, additional charges may apply.

Apocalypse Guns & Ammo will not be held responsible for  delays after the order has been handed over to the shipping Company.

RETURNS

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect  item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. (Within 7 Days after recieving the Order). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

In the event that a item is defective, either through factory defect, damaged in transit or defective in function. The customer will need to contact customer service within 7 days to arrange replacement or repair (at the discretion of management).  Defective Product must be returned to the store at the customer's expense, or sent to  the proper warranty repair depot by the customer. The customer must make all necessary arrangements to return defective product including delivery of product to the correct return shipping company and arranging for the proper permits to transport restricted firearms to the return shipping company.

 

All Returns must be approved Prior to being sent back to Apocalypse Guns & Ammo.

Orders can not  be cancelled after the order is processed  Ready for delivery.
